These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the BookMeriGadi CarSale platform ("the Platform"), operated as part of BookMeriGadi. By listing a car, browsing listings, or using any feature of this Platform, you agree to the terms below.

1. Nature of the Platform

BookMeriGadi CarSale is a classifieds and connection platform that allows individuals ("Sellers") to list used cars for sale and allows other individuals ("Buyers") to browse, filter, and express interest in those listings. BookMeriGadi is not a party to any sale, is not a dealer, and does not own, inspect, guarantee, or take title to any vehicle listed on the Platform.

2. Seller Responsibilities

• Sellers must provide accurate, truthful, and complete information about the vehicle, including condition, ownership history, mileage, and pricing.
• Sellers must have legal ownership of, or authorization to sell, any vehicle they list.
• Photos uploaded must be genuine photos of the actual vehicle being sold.
• Listings are subject to review and approval by our team before they appear publicly, and may be rejected or removed at our discretion.

3. Buyer Responsibilities

• Buyers are responsible for independently verifying a vehicle's condition, documents, and ownership before making any payment or commitment to the Seller.
• Any unlock fee paid to view a Seller's contact details and paper information is a fee for that information service only, and does not constitute any guarantee about the vehicle or the outcome of any transaction with the Seller.
• All negotiations, inspections, and final transactions happen directly between Buyer and Seller. BookMeriGadi CarSale is not responsible for the conduct of either party.

4. Operator Accounts

Operators are authorized personnel who may assist in connecting Buyers and Sellers. Operators must not misrepresent themselves as the vehicle owner and must not share a Seller's private contact information outside the intended purpose of facilitating a genuine sale enquiry.

5. Payments

Any payment made on the Platform (such as the contact-unlock fee) is processed through a third-party payment gateway. BookMeriGadi CarSale does not store your card or banking details. Payments for the unlock fee are for accessing information and are non-refundable once the information has been revealed, except where required by law.

6. Prohibited Conduct

Users may not post fraudulent listings, misrepresent a vehicle, harass other users, or use the Platform for any unlawful purpose. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

BookMeriGadi CarSale provides the Platform on an "as is" basis and makes no warranties regarding the accuracy of listings or the conduct of any Buyer or Seller. To the maximum extent permitted by law, BookMeriGadi CarSale shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from transactions conducted between users of the Platform.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
