• Vehicle listing details: car specifications, description, price, photos, and owner contact/paper details submitted by Sellers.
• Interest & wishlist data: name and phone number submitted by a Buyer when expressing interest in a car.
• Payment data: when you pay the contact-unlock fee, payment is processed by our payment gateway partner; we store only the transaction reference and status, never your card or bank details.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To display approved car listings publicly on the Platform.
• To let Buyers unlock and view a Seller's contact number and paper details after payment.
• To let Operators view full listing details in order to assist Buyers and Sellers.
• To communicate with you about your account, listings, or enquiries.
• To improve the Platform and prevent fraud or misuse.

3. What We Share and With Whom

A Seller's contact number and paper details are only revealed to a Buyer after that Buyer pays the unlock fee for that specific listing, and are visible to Operators as part of their role in facilitating enquiries. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

4. Data Security

Passwords are stored using industry-standard one-way hashing. We take reasonable technical measures to protect your data, but no online system can be guaranteed 100% secure.

5. Data Retention

We retain account and listing information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service, resolve disputes, or comply with legal obligations.
