Cancellation & Refund Policy

This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for the paid services on BookMeriGadi CarSale. We currently offer two paid digital services: unlocking a single car's owner contact and paperwork details for ₹99, and the 8-car unlock plan for ₹599.

1. Nature of Our Paid Services

Both the ₹99 single-car unlock and the ₹599 / 8-car plan are digital information-access services. Payment grants you access to a specific car's seller (or assigned operator) contact number and paperwork details, delivered instantly and automatically once payment is confirmed. These are not physical goods and are not bookings of any kind.

2. Cancellation

Because access to the contact/paperwork information is granted immediately and automatically upon successful payment, orders cannot be cancelled once payment is completed. Please review the car's publicly visible details (photos, specifications, price, city) carefully before choosing to unlock it.

3. Refunds

As the ₹99 unlock and the ₹599 plan are digital services delivered instantly, they are generally non-refundable once the contact/paperwork information has been revealed to you. However, we will review and may issue a refund in the following cases:

• Failed or duplicate payment: if money was deducted from your account/card but the unlock did not happen (contact details were not revealed and no plan credit was added), contact us with your payment reference and we will investigate and refund the failed transaction.
• Technical error on our end: if a verified system error prevented you from receiving the information you paid for.
• Duplicate charge: if you were charged twice for the same unlock due to a payment gateway glitch.

Refund requests must be raised within 7 days of the transaction by contacting us at +91 9873530275 or support@bookmerigadi.net with your registered mobile number and payment/order reference. Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5–7 business days, subject to your bank/card issuer's own processing timelines.

4. 8-Car Plan (₹599) Credits

Credits purchased under the ₹599 plan are valid for use across any car listings on the platform and do not expire. Unused credits are not eligible for cash refund except under the conditions in Section 3 above (failed payment, technical error, or duplicate charge).

5. Listings & Transactions Between Buyers and Sellers

BookMeriGadi CarSale is a connection platform only — we are not a party to, and do not process payment for, the actual sale of any vehicle. Any negotiation, payment, or transaction for the vehicle itself happens directly and independently between the buyer and seller, and this cancellation/refund policy does not apply to that transaction. We strongly recommend buyers independently verify a vehicle's condition and documents before making any payment to a seller.
